Meet Sharon Harding, a dynamic force at Your Legal HQ, where she not only excels as a skilled commercial lawyer but is also the firm's practice and accounts manager.

Sharon has always had a passion for estate planning and business succession. In November 2025, Sharon graduated from College of Law with a Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Estate Planning. She didn’t just graduate, she was awarded the Best Graduating Student in Australia from the Estate Planning and Wills and Estates streams by STEP Australia (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) for her exceptional academic excellence.

Sharon's journey to the legal realm took an unconventional path. In 2008, Sharon graduated from Notre Dame University with a double degree in Law and Commerce before travelling the world for 5 years working in management positions in the hospitality and human resources sectors. Fate bought her back to Perth where she joined Your Legal HQ to embark on her legal career. 

Sharon’s diverse background, ability to read a balance sheet and intimate knowledge of business operations adds a unique flair when she is advising clients.  She is a very strategic thinker who has a rare talent to foresee the non-legal, political and logistical issues that may arise ensuring that her clients can make fully informed legal and non-legal decisions to achieve their desired outcomes.

Outside the office, Sharon relishes spending time with her husband boating, camping, and fishing. She is also an extremely dedicated mother to her 2 American Staffies, Rubi and Jagger who are arguably the most spoilt dogs in Perth!
